Patapon 2

March 6, 2009 - If there's one thing you know, it's that IGN loved Patapon. Besides giving it the award for PSP Game of the Year 2008 and a runner-up nod in terms of overall music/rhythm game, we still find ourselves bopping along to the pon-pon rhythms in our heads. Still, there's one thing that always bugged us about the release of the original game -- we never got any cool Patapon crap to spend our money on.

Sure, there was the Bearbrick Patapon-themed bear, but that little guy was less than a business card in length. We want some real chotchkeys. Our desks are begging to be overrun with Patapon stuff!

With Patapon 2 getting closer by the second, the IGN PlayStation Team has pulled together the following list of stuff Sony needs to get made and get out the door to dedicated consumers like us. If the company wants to move UMDs come May, it needs to kick its marketing department in the ass already. And, trust us, nothing markets a sequel better than the game's characters on a pair of panties -- ask Kratos.

Nintendo DS highest-selling games device in Australia in Q3; PS3 the lowest

More than 140,000 DSs sold down under between July-September; PS3 at the bottom of the sales charts. Nintendo's recent hardware dominance has seen its share price reach record highs , and it seems that Aussies haven't been immune to the House of Mario's resurgence. New figures from industry tracker GfK Australia show that Nintendo had the highest-selling portable games device (the DS) and the highest-selling next-generation console (the Wii) down under in the last three months, easily eclipsing Sony and Microsoft. The Nintendo DS was far and away the highest-selling games device in Australia between the start of July and the end of September, selling close to 140,000 units. The DS sales figure of 139,483 units is almost five times that of its nearest equivalent, the PlayStation Portable, which sold 28,374 in the same time period. Ragnarok Online 3rd Class Jobs

If you don’t want to be reborn into a novice and start again, the Ragnarok 3rd Job Class is right for you. There are six kinds of 3rd Job Classes to be implemented soon. Hunters to become Rangers, Blacksmiths to become Mechanics, Knights to become Rune Knights, Assassin to become Guillotine Cross, Priest to become Archbishop and Wizard to become Warlock. When players decided to choose the Ragnarok third job path, they retain their level and their level limit becomes 150. These are only available for 2-1 classes only, no word yet for the 2-2 third jobs.
